We provide legal services for clients purchasing or renting property in the Czech Republic. Being active lawyers recorded in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association we are authorized to provide legal services in accordance with the Czech law and covered by professional indemnity insurance by law.

If you are a foreign person (legal or natural one) and you consider purchasing or renting a house, flat or a holiday property in the Czech Republic for private purposes or you are interested in buying commercial property for business purposes, this website is right for you. Our services are focused on international legal assistance for Italian-speaking clients. However, if interested, we are also able to provide legal services for English and German speaking clients.

Form of Legal Assistance

As soon as a client has chosen a particular piece of property in the Czech Republic, an initial consultation with our lawyers follows in the form of an e-mail or in person. When the lawyers evaluate specific risks of the particular deal, the client is informed about the financial and time conditions of the legal assistance. After that, concluding the written contract for providing the legal assistance follows as well as paying a deposit on reward and cash expenses.

The legal assistance is provided by JUDr. Miloš Holub, Ph.D., a laywer based in Prague, and JUDr. Petr Kazda, an independent lawyer based in Nymburk. JUDr. Miloš Holub, Ph.D. speaks Italian perfectly and both lawyers speak English very well. Both lawyers are registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association and are authorized to provide legal services in accordance with the Czech law and covered by professional indemnity insurance by law.

Subject of Legal Assistance

In view of the fact that the process of purchasing or renting property in abroad always brings a range of specific legal risks, we provide foreign prospective investors in the Czech Republic with legal assistance.

Our goal is to minimize the risks associated with purchasing or renting a real estate in an unfamiliar legal environment and to ensure perfect transaction safety for a foreign client. As a result, the concluded contract is achieved, ie in the case of the purchase agreement the purchase price is paid to the seller and the property rights from the actual property owner in favour of our client are acquired, and in the case of the rent agreement the contract is concluded properly.

We deal mainly with foreign (largely with Italian speking) takers, who have chosen a particular piece of real estate in the Czech Republic on websites of Czech real estate agencies or personally on spot. When a client is searching for a suitable piece of property, we can only guide them. We do not provide the service of arranging a purchase or rent of property.

On the contrary, the subject of our activities is not real estate, i.e. the real property searching, arranging the purchase or other activities bearing no relation with the process of concluding a purchase contract (e.g. seeing the property, arranging construction changes or maintenance of the property). If a client is interested, we can recommend a particular provider of the above mentioned services. It is also possible to recommend an accomodation provider in case of visiting the Czech Republic to search for a suitable piece of property.
